Fudge Professional Catalyst 40 Volume 12% Cream Developer is a very high-strength hair developer that is typically used in situations where a significant amount of lift or lightening is required. This developer contains the highest volume of hydrogen peroxide (12%) and is therefore the strongest developer in the Fudge Professional range. The Developer is ideal for use on darker hair or hair that has previously been coloured, as it can lift pigments more effectively and help achieve a lighter hair colour. It is also suitable for use in colour correction procedures.
